DON’T PANIC! Change is natural..

You may have noticed that some time passed before the last episode was released. Or maybe you noticed that older episodes are no longer available. DON’T PANIC!

(If you haven’t noticed anything, then… You should really pay attention to these things, although I won’t feel bad if you were driving or something at the time..)

I’m moving my storage over to a new host, and there are bound to be problems. I’m also switching podcasting plugins, and I’m sure there’s a third change in there somewhere, because these things travel in threes..

may be cutting back on the number of new episodes soon, as I’ve gotten terribly busy and need to cut back the number of things I do in a week. An average episode of TWS takes up to 10 hours to produce (5-6 hours of article reading, 1-2 hours of organizing, 1 hour of recording, 1 hour of editing/clean-up/posting), so it’s a pretty obvious target to trim back time.

On a more positive note, TWS has made it into the finalist list of the Parsec Awards again! Woo hoo! It’s always a really tough category, and it really is an honour just to be nominated. (It’s even more honourable to win, of course.. :) ) Unfortunately, I will not be in Atlanta for Dragon*Con this year (maybe next year?), but I definitely wish I was, and I wish every competitor the very best of luck.

But this is not the only way — it’s the way we do it right *now*. Given unlimited ability to make it happen, what features or structure would your ultimate educational experience take?
