Sorry about the quiet, folks. I was knocked off Web access by a very nasty failure by the administration to employ useful caretakers. In approximately 1 week (give or take a few hours), I should be moving the last stage of my “away time” in Paris, and then straight home the following week.

While I don’t expect to be doing any new episodes really soon, I think I’ll try to start them in a week or three after I return to chez moi. My schedule is going to be crazy busy when I get back, at least for a little while, and I’m not entirely sure when it will settle down.

There’s still a question that I face — the same one I face every time I take some time off.

“Should I come back?”

Or the related one: “Come back as what?”
