Show Notes for TWS041: We are making the Universe sick

If you never leave your own dooryard, and especially never go into your
neighbour’s dooryard, you will never interact with your neighbour, and thus
never get their diseases. You will live a safe life in your bubble, but you
will not properly interact with others. Isolation can bring safety, but it
brings vulnerability to change. Adversity breeds strength, and strength
overcomes adversity.

What does this all mean? I’m afraid we’re never getting rid of the common
cold. We’re just going to give it to the aliens.
